Savigny-lès-Beaune Old vines of Domaine Génot Boulanger , comes from three plots of marl and limestone soil located in Savigny: Les Saucours at the foot of the hill, Les Gollardes at mid-hill and Les Goudelettes at the top of the hill. Three plots of Chardonnay that make a total of 0.56 hectares and are very well exposed. Manual harvest. Traditional vinification of Burgundy wines . 12 months of aging in oak barrels (including 20% new barrels) without shaking, then 6 months in stainless steel tanks.
