Composition and soil: Appellation contrôlée Champagne Nicolas Feuillatte, is resulting from a unique vineyard in the world from its septentrional position, its oceanic and continental climate. On 2500 hectares, in a naturally irrigated chalky basement, Pinot Noir, Pinot Meunier and Chardonnay flourish.
The Brut Rosé Nicolas Feuillatte, assembled from 60% Pinot Noir, 10% of Chardonnay and 30% of Pinot Meunier, aged 3 years in cellar.
Visual appearance: This Champagne Rosé exhibits a beautiful salmon pink color with coppered reflections and a chain of fine bubbles.
Aroma: The nose is powerful with flavours of red fruits, (bilberry, raspberry) and black currant.
Taste attributes: In mouth, this Brut Rosé Nicolas Feuillatte has a fine and fluid attack, raised by very fine bubbles, the final is delicately fruity.
