Composition and terroir:

On the slopes forming a real circus, the vines are planted in restanque facing the sea, a spectacle of an extraordinary beauty. Following a traditional vinification, the fermentation is long (25/30 days), in stainless steel tanks, then the breeding goes through 6 months in stainless steel tank.
