Composition and terroir:
This Wine of Burgundy of the Domaine de Montille comes from the climate "Le Cailleret" which owes its name to the stony soil on which is planted the vine.
This plot is ideally located at the middle of the hill, in the northern extension of the famous Montrachet, below the Chevalier-Montrachet and above the 1st cru "Les Pucelles", which justifies its classification in Grand 1er cru. Organic and biodynamic farming. Traditional winemaking. Aging in oak barrels (including 15% new barrels) for 1 year then in stainless steel vats for 4 to 6 months.
