The vineyard, which is 30 years old on average, is exclusively Syrah grown in hillsides. At the Château de la Rolière , the grapes are handmade by hand in boxes. Breton breeding is done in oak barrels for 1 year, which gives this wine of the Rhone its finely wooded side.
