The Domaine du Haut Lirou is located in Saint Jean de Cuculles, north of Montpellier and belongs to the Rambier family for 5 generations.
The wine of the appellation Pic Saint Loup red of the Domaine Haut Lirou comes from the vines that grow on the terraces located on the limestone slopes of Pic Saint-Loup in the heart of the garrigue, at 250 meters of altitude, located in the region Of the Languedoc . It is a blend of 80% Syrah and 20% Grenache. This red wine is aged in stainless steel vats for 8 months.
