Aude and Guillaume Lavollée have taken over the family farm of Domaine Génot-Boulanger since 2008 and have embarked on a process of conversion into organic farming which will come to an end in 2018. They present us here a white wine worthy of the great white wines of Meursault .
Composition and terroir:
This Burgundy wine appellation Meursaul t 1er cru The Bouchères of the 2010 vintage , owes its name to the presence of bushes ("Bouchots" in Burgundy), the only vegetation (apart from the vines) that grow on the rocky outcrops of this climate.
Soil exposed south-east, clay-limestone, very sloping and stony with a blond earth. Alcoholic and malolactic fermentation in barrels (including 20% new barrels) for 1 year and then 6 months in stainless steel tanks.

Olfactory characteristics:
