The Mazis Chambertin Grand Cru of the Domaine Henri de Villamont of the 2008 vintage comes from the most northern part of the Grand Crus Route on the great coast between Gevrey-Chambertin and Morey-St-Denis. Exposed to the east, the pinot noirs bloom on a limestone rocky soil with many fossil marine fossils.
