Composition and terroir:
The AOC Condrieu delimits 130 hectares of vines, distributed geographically around the town of Condrieu but which touch 3 départements (Rhône, Loire and Ardèche). This Côtes-du-Rhône AOC has the distinction of producing only white wines in the Rhône region.
The Domaine Guigal makes manual harvesting and sorting the grapes, then alcoholic fermentations at low temperatures in new parts and in stainless steel tanks. 100% malolactic fermentation.
