Composition and terroir:
In order to develop the Reserve Pol Roger , no less than thirty different vintages are selected and assembled. For the sake of authenticity, the blend of this Champagne is different every year, but there are three equal grape varieties.
The only house to use the technique of clarification at 8 ° C, Pol Roger also ferments the wines in different vats according to their provenance and thus retains the primary aroma of the wine. After a minimum aging of 3 years, the Champagne is ready to be tasted.

Visual aspect :
This Brut Reserve champagne has a light yellow robe pulling lightly on the green. Fine bubbles in abundance.
Olfactory characteristics:
The nose of this Pol Roger , powerful and very aromatic opens with aromas of fruits, apples, pear and mango. It then reveals more floral notes of white jasmine and honeysuckle to finish on vanilla.
Taste attributes:
On the palate, the attack of this Reserve Brut is fresh and lively. The ripe fruits, apricots and quinces, mingle with flavors of honey and brioche. The finale of an incredible aromatic persistence is divided between citrus and spices. The bubbles of exuberant complements the picture while fresh.
