This cuvée comes from 3 different terroirs: one granitic gives finesse, the other is clay siliceous, and the third is clay limestone which brings depth to this Beaujolais. Raised farming and manual harvesting are characteristics of the Vissoux estate . The breeding is carried out in stainless steel tank.
