Products of the domain : Josmeyer et fils

The domaine of Josmeyer is situated in the viticole village of Wintzenheim, near Colmar, that enjoy an exceptionnal climate and one of the lowest rainfall in France.


The domaine extends on 28 hectares (28% riesling, 24% pinot blanc & auxerrois, 21% pinot gris, 19% gewurztraminer and 10% of sylvaner, muscat & pinot noir) and has always been led respectfully towards nature.


To be closer to excellence, Christophe Ehrhart, in the late 90s, has converted the vineyard to organic and biodynamic. Then since 2004, all the wines from the vineyard is certified by the AB logo (organic farming).


Such a choice is more costly and requires more than conventional viticulture, but it provides exceptional harmony between plants, humans and the environment, which will generate a unique wine, dense and balanced.
