The reference of the Irancy!

In 1979 Thierry Richoux joined his parents on the family domain in Irancy in Yonne. He now operates 18 hectares of pinot noir grape variety in Irancy. Over the years many investments have been made in the planting of new vineyards or the creation of a fully equipped winery.

The winemaker signs wine of pleasure, delicate, fruity, harmonious and which can age well. He relies for this on a strict specification: reasonable yields, grape sorting, de-stemming, short maceration ... Different vintages are developed to reveal at best the diverse Irancy soils.
