Nathalie and Jean-Claude Theulot are important producers in the Cote Chalonnaise and the name Mercurey.


Created in the early 1900s, the domain that Nathalie Theulot received from her grandmother and her mother, extends now to 12 hectares. Specialist of Mercurey designation, it produces Cuvées de village and five Premier cru : Champs Martins, les Combins, la Cailloute, les Croichots and les Saumonts.


To Jean-Claude and Nathalie Theulot, the control of returns is essential. For this, green harvesting may be performed if necessary. The domain has also stopped using herbicides to return to plowing.
