Lucien Brunel inherited the domaine des cailloux installed in Châteauneuf du Pape since the eighteenth century family. Up For 50-60 years, he sold his wine through the group les Reflets.  His son joined him in 1970 and sold the wine to the same group until 2003, when the group stoped his activities because of the ’independance of many winemakers.


The domaine extends on 17,3 ha, and most of the vines Grenaches. The soil is loamy-claco and very stony.


The red wines of the area are composed of 65% Grenache, 20% Mourvedre, 12% Syrah and 3% of a grape Mixture .


White wines consist of 90% Roussanne and 10% of Mixture of Grenache and Clairette.
