At the beginning of the century, La Tuilière belonged to Pierre Petit, who agrees to replanting Tinturin. Then, in 1991, the property is sold to Philippe Estournet, who patiently renovated La Tuilière; at first the vineyard and the winery, the storage cellars, and in 1995 an additional magnification of 4 ha vineyard.

Château La Tuilière is now an area of 20 hectares on clay-limestone soil.

Composed of 60% merlot, 35% cabernet sauvignon and 5% Malbec, the vineyard benefits from its exposure and exceptional microclimate related to the proximity of the estuary, practically in front of Margaux.
