In 1980, there was no vineyard or winery or castle when Lucien Lurton acquired Desmirail. He raised Cru through successive purchases of vines and the acquisition of a building. With his son Denis, in the late 90s, Desmirail adopts a modern vinification tool and launches a replanting plan.
